Making Yourself Stronger Than Your Excuses
During the Green Beret Project’s Summer Leadership Program, participants complete the W.O.D. (workout of the day). With hard work and dedication, members of the summer program have learned lifelong exercise habits that will enable them to become/remain physically ﬁt and mentally strong.
With the help of CrossFit Dover and their staff, participants have been exposed to several exercises and routines that they most likely would not have experienced otherwise. After completing the W.O.D., members head back to Fort A.B.L.E. where they’re taught about post-workout nutrition and its beneﬁts.
Introducing GBP members to exercise and nutrition, through certiﬁed professionals, has led to a healthier lifestyle and community.
